In Portuguese, BC (Before Christ) and AD (Anno Domini), are translated as AC and DC, which are the same letters for “Antes das Cinco” and “Depois das Cinco” - “Before Five” and “After Five”.

To promote Brahma Zero, the non-alcoholic Brahma beer, we reminded everyone mankind is divided between those two periods: AC (Before Five PM) and DC (After Five PM).
